Fillmore is a village located in Montgomery County, Illinois. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 362.
Fillmore is located at 39°6'57" North, 89°16'38" West (39.115806, -89.277112).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.0 km2 (0.8 mi2). All of it is land, none of it benig covered by water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 362 people, 144 households, and 103 families residing in the village. The population density was 181.5/km2 (467.5/mi2). There were 154 housing units at an average density of 77.2/km2 (198.9/mi2). The racial makeup of the village was 98.62% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.28% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.10% from two or more races. 1.38% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 144 households out of which 33.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.3% were married couples living together, 9.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.8% were non-families. 27.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 16.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
