Woodlawn is a village located in Jefferson County, Illinois. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 630.

As of the census of 2000, there were 630 people, 241 households, and 185 families residing in the village. The population density was 342.6/km2 (882.3/mi2). There were 260 housing units at an average density of 141.4/km2 (364.1/mi2). The racial makeup of the village was 98.57% White, 0.16% African American, 0.16% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.32% from other races, and 0.79% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 241 households out of which 41.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.3% were married couples living together, 13.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.2% were non-families. 20.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
